WHAT WE DO
Services for Employees
Clear Communications
We ensure that our communication is clear and effective between our nurses, permanent staff, and management. We have regular team meetings and clear communication channels to help Agency Nurses stay informed and connected. We advocate for nurses’ rights, fair wages, and safe working conditions. We actively address any issues that arise during assignments.
Induction & Training
We support our agency staff by our Induction programme, mentoring arrangements, training and development opportunities, competitive salaries and weekly pays. When our Agency Nurses join an Aged Care Facility, they typically undergo orientation and training. This includes familiarising them with the facility’s policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Training ensures that our Agency Nurses understand the specific needs of elderly residents, infection control measures, and emergency procedures.
Emotional Support
Working in Aged Care can be emotionally demanding. Agency Nurses may encounter residents with complex health conditions or end-of-life care needs. Emotional support is crucial, and facilities often have counseling services or peer support programs to help our nurses cope with stress and emotional challenges.
Flexible & Understanding
We are flexible, understanding and accommodate nurses’ preferences, such as work schedules, locations, and specialties. We understand that each nurse has unique requirements.
Access to Resources
Aged Care Facilities provide Agency Nurses with access to essential resources such as medical equipment, documentation tools, and communication systems. These resources enable efficient care delivery and communication with other team members.
Supervision and Guidance
Our agency provides guidance and support to our staff. Regular supervision helps our nurses adapt to the facility’s routines, understand resident care plans, and address any challenges.
Fair Compensation and Benefits
We ensure that our nurses receive fair compensation for their work.
