About Us
We are a nursing agency based in Newcastle providing Aged Care Nurses to Aged Care Facilities. We connect healthcare professionals and organisations to provide highly trained and experienced nursing staff who uphold our values of compassion, dignity and kindness to make a difference in the Aged Care community in our region.
We specialise in individualised service and our focus is to provide quality nursing care and premium customer service to our clients.
Your Care Allies are proud to have a diverse team. Thanks to our different backgrounds, we complement each other by bringing our own personal experiences to the table. Our nurses are highly trained professionals, reliable, approachable and empathetic. Our director of operations has 24 years of experience as a registered nurse. Our Finance, HR and Operations managers come from Europe, South America and India. At the same time, we are locals, we live in this beautiful area and we focus on supplying local nursing staff to the Aged Care facilities in Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Hunter region.

Our Leading Team
Leena Mathew – RN, Recruitment Consultant (RCSA)
( Director of Operations )
Leena has 24 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Australia and overseas, having worked in acute care, Aged Care (quality and compliance) and mental health during this period. Working as an Agency RN in numerous facilities across Newcastle, she understands the growing demand for Nurses in Aged Care facilities, and the opportunities for employees to upskill and grow.
The experience she had with Aged Care was unique, and she learnt to embrace their wisdom in her life. She likes to sing and listen to Christian songs.
Celia Izaguirre
( Managing Director )
Celia is an International Business Administrator with a Graduate Diploma of Business and over 20 years of working experience in companies from multiple sectors in Australia and overseas. Celia’s passion is Finance Administration and has a special interest in Human Resources.
Celia enjoys connecting staff and businesses to find the right fit for our client’s needs. Celia likes travelling, sports and a long walk at the beach.
Anya Wooden
( Head of Finance )
An accounting professional with a public practice background. Originally from Latvia, Anya now calls Lake Macquarie home where she lives with her husband, three school aged children and an affectionate staffy.
Anya is passionate about small business accounting and has a special interest in human resources. In her free time she enjoys playing soccer, camping and reading.
